To ensure your order arrives on time, we generally begin processing an order as soon as it is placed. As a result we are generally unable to make any changes to your order after it is placed.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. All of our products are custom printed for your order.
Shipping method will be determined at checkout.
Most orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days after fulfillment).
You will receive shipping info when your order is fulfilled. Our products will also include a tracking number.

All the items on Braille Academy are printed and shipped by California based fulfillment company Printful. Because of this, our return policy is Printful’s return policy due to them handling the return. Printful’s return policy can be read below:
“Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.”
Reasons For Returns:
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. Examples of wrong orders are, but not limited to: wrong size, item, color, etc. Size exchanges are not offered.”
All returns must be verified prior to you making the return shipment as we offer different return solutions depending on the nature of the return and our goal is to always make sure you are happy. Please contact contact us using our contact form to find out the best way to handle your return.
We are not liable for any orders that are lost in transit.
